'At risk' young people (including those who are pregnant or parenting) aged 12–25 (and their partners) in the Gold Coast District.

Including those who at risk of/or currently experiencing:

• Homelessness
• Financial Disadvantage
• Marginalisation
• Social Isolation
• Education Exclusion
• Substance or Alcohol Abuse
• High Risk Taking Behaviour
• Poor Emotional/Physical/Psychological Health
